About Me

Workspace

Building intelligent systems that actually work.

Do you want to ask a question?

I usually reply within 1-2 business days.

I’m Shripad, an engineer driven by curiosity, creativity, and the joy of building things that actually work. I enjoy solving complex problems, designing clean systems, and learning new technologies that push my skills further.

I’ve worked across machine learning, data analytics, robotics, and full-stack development — but at my core, I simply love creating useful things that make life easier for people.

When I’m not writing code or experimenting with new ideas, you’ll probably find me out running long distances, playing guitar, or exploring something new with the same energy I bring to my projects.

My Journey

2025

It's been quite an exciting year. While studying at university and working, I began developing new projects and successfully organized several internal and external tech events and collaborative sessions. Separately, I completed a three-month internship in early 2025, which helped strengthen my practical software skills. On the side, I’ve been working with friends on various business and engineering projects. Balancing everything has been challenging, but I’m enjoying every moment of growth, learning, and discovery.

2024

Moved to Germany and began actively building my German language skills in a real-world environment. Attended advanced coursework at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in machine learning, autonomy technologies, and robotics. Delivered a technical seminar on intelligent perception pipelines and system-level optimization—my first major academic presentation and an important milestone in my research journey.

2023

Started working for a Texas-based company as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer, gaining hands-on experience with production ML pipelines, model evaluation, and software workflows. Successfully completed my B.Tech with a CGPA of 8.7/10 (German equivalent ≈ 1.7). Immediately transitioned into a full-time Data Analyst role, where I worked with an exciting tech stack involving SQL analytics, Python ETL automation, Power BI dashboards, and CI/CD-driven data workflows.

2022

A standout academic year. Published two research papers and began work on my bachelor thesis, focusing on ML-driven systems optimization. Led my team as the Software Lead Developer for ABU Robocon 2022, where we won the national prize. It was a rewarding experience building a full robotic system—combining IoT, embedded logic, and software engineering—and then watching it come alive in real competition.

2021

Participated in numerous hackathons and competitive engineering programs, including Flipkart Grid 3.0 and 4.0, securing title positions with my teams. Gained valuable experience in collaborative problem-solving, system design, and rapid prototyping under pressure.

2020

Worked extensively with the KUKA KR 16-2 six-axis industrial manipulator during late 2019 through early 2020, right until the COVID shutdown. This was my first exposure to KRL (KUKA Robot Language), and it sparked my deeper interest in robotics and automation. I served as the Robotics Lab Assistant, managing the university’s robotics lab, maintaining the robot, and helping students and juniors understand motion control, safety routines, and basic programming concepts. This period played a major role in shaping my early technical foundations and my genuine love for robotics.

2019

Started my Bachelor’s degree, marking the beginning of my technical journey. This was the stage where I first discovered my passion for building things, solving problems through code, and exploring how technology can shape real-world systems.
